Gem Hunting

Last night Sam did a little gem hunting before bed! He found 6 gems, and we cleaned them off and put them in his fish tank :)

Owen's B-Day

Owen celebrated his 4th Birthday today. It was a beautiful day at the Manesquan Reservoir and the kids played with snakes and roamed around in nature walks...a perfect day :)

Then, when things were winding down, a few of the boys went for a hike through the woods and down to the dock :)

Three Guys

Snow...finally

We got enough snow last night to get the boys really excited...like "up-at-7:00 am-with-snowpants-in-hand" excited!

Sam made snow angels...



Max was content to have his boots on :)

No Fishing

We thought about trying to fish today...the ocean thought otherwise. It was like a hurricane was around!

Swimming!!

We went to Massachusetts to visit Grandma and Grandpa this weekend. We had a great time with them and stayed at our usual hotel with the pool. Sam got a chance to swim in the "big pool" and the "hot pool" and I got a chance to try my new, waterproof camera!

A Little Fishing

Sam and I got out to the beach this evening...didn't catch anything but it was a nice (cold) time and I got the chance to test out my new rod!

Ab had to work today so I took the boys to the aquarium and to lunch on the boardwalk in Point Beach.

Like at the museum, Max was boisterous!



There was so much to see, including giant sharks and stripers (I tried to take my rod n with me but they said no!)

Upstairs, we did other neat things. The boys watched the sea lions...
